Wander Inn - Terms and Conditions

Prices and Taxes 
All room rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes.Prices may vary by season, day of the week, and availability. Rates do not include incidental charges, extra-person fees, or special requests unless otherwise stated.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out 
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. A valid government-issued ID and amajor credit or debit card are required upon check-in. Full payment for the stay is due atcheck-in. A refundable security deposit may be held for incidental charges. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.

Traveling with Minors 
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The hotel reserves the right to request age verification and/or proof of relationship at check-in.

Accessibility or Special Needs 
Wander Inn offers accessible rooms and amenities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Guests with special needs or accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact the hotel in advance so that we may best accommodate them.

Parking 
Complimentary on-site parking is available to registered hotel guests. Wander Inn is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss to vehicles or personal items left in vehicles.

Hotel Events 
From time to time, Wander Inn may host private or public events. We strive to minimizedisruption to our overnight guests. By booking a room, you acknowledge that such events may occur and waive any claims related to noise or inconvenience.

Dispute Resolution / Issues 
In the event of a dispute or issue during your stay, please notify hotel management immediately to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the laws of the State of Missouri and resolved through small claims court or arbitration in Taney County, MO.

Use of Personal Information 
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Liability 
Wander Inn shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property unless directly caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the hotel. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and agree to indemnify Wander Inn from any claims arising from their conductor use of hotel facilities.

Force Majeure 
Wander Inn is not responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, labor strikes, or emergencies.

Third Party Rights 
No third party shall have any rights under these Terms and Conditions. The contract is between the hotel and the guest making the booking.

Waiver 
Failure by Wander Inn to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

Severance 
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Pet Policy 
Wander Inn welcomes dogs only. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per room. Pets arepermitted only in designated pet-friendly rooms. A fee of $15 per night per dog applies. A fee of $150 per pet will be charged if a pet is brought into a non-pet-approved room or withouthotel approval. Additional fees for damage will be assessed based on the extent of the damage.

No Smoking Policy
All rooms at Wander Inn are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas on the property. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to any guest who smokes in a non-smoking room. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
